Promotion Terms & conditions

For every 2-Day Pass purchased for Turf Days 2023, the purchaser will receive one entry into the random draw of which the prize drawn will be return flights and 3 nights’ accommodation in Christchurch for two persons.
Purchasing multiple tickets will qualify the purchaser for multiple entries. I.e., 6 tickets (6 x 2-Day Passes) purchased will receive 6 entries into the random draw.
A maximum of 20 tickets can be purchased in a single transaction.
The flight times and accommodation location can be arranged in discussion between the winner and Turf Days, however, ultimately the decision and bookings will be made by Turf Days if necessary.
Promotional period runs for tickets purchased between 1st November 2022 - 30th November 2022. Qualifying ticket purchases must be made through the Turf Days event page on The Ticket Fairy.
Ineligible entries to this promotion include, but are not limited to, tickets purchased after 5pm 30th November 2022.

Tickets purchased will not be transferrable or returnable except via The Ticket Fairy’s ticket portal where the transfer and refund options are used.
Decisions of Turf Days on aspects of the promotion are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Turf Days excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of this promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under Turf Days’ control); any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; any entry that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after its receipt by Turf Days) due to any reason.
This promotion is not run or associated with Facebook, Instagram or The Ticket Fairy.

Turf Days may collect and hold the ticket purchaser’s personal information.
Prior to receiving the winning prize, the ticket purchaser may be required to show proof of identity, for example, their passport or driver’s licence.
The winner of this promotion consent to Turf Days using their name, city of residence and/or photograph for promotional purposes in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration.

Turf Days reserves the right to cancel or amend any aspect of this promotion at any time, including prizes.
By participating in the promotion, applicants are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
